SUBMIT SESSION PROPOSALS - HOW TO GET STARTED
  1. Log in here: https://www.meetmatt-svr3.net/mmr2019/login.asp You will be asked to provide your personal particulars. Please read carefully the "Privacy Policy" before proceeding.

  2. Instructions (View/Download Template here)
    • Click "My Session Proposal" on the left menu (under "Author Options")
    • Click "Submit New Session Proposal" at the top of the page
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your proposal

Each Session Proposal will be assigned an ID. Please quote this when making enquiries.
By submitting the session proposal, you are granting MMR to publish and disseminate it electronically

EDIT/MODIFY/REPLACE SESSION PROPOSALS
  • You can modify, resubmit your session proposal anytime but it must be before the submission deadline
  • Click "My Session Proposal" on the left menu (under "Author Options")
  • Click "Session Proposal ID" to access full proposal details, including all editing functions

INFORMATION
  1. All proposals will be evaluated by the organizing committee.

  2. There are two types of session proposals: Invited and Contributed
    • Invited
      Speakers should generally be active/experienced researchers (professors or senior industry people).
    • Contributed
      Speakers can include graduate students working on a common topic.
  3. Every Speaker needs prepare an abstract (with full paper optional), register (and pay fees) to attend the conference.
