Each presentation room comes equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. The computers are being provided to Windows‐based PC users and configured with Microsoft Windows operating system.
Presenters need to use the computers provided in the meeting rooms to present their materials. The total time allotted to each speaker is including time for Q & A and speaker changeover.
- 15 mins for regular sessions
- 20 mins for special sessions
We recommend preparing your presentation materials using the given PowerPoint template. Please do bring a backup copy of your slides in a thumb drive.
AT THE TIME OF YOUR PRESENTATION:
Please be certain that the duration of your presentation remains within the allocated time. Session Chairs are instructed to terminate presentations, which exceed their time allocated.
Kindly bring your slides in a thumb drive be in the presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
At the end of the meeting, all presentation files will be destroyed.
