How to register Important Notes to Authors/Presenters
  • It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted paper
  • Authors/Presenters need pay fees by 01 April 2019 extended to 15 April 2019
  • Late payment may result in the paper not being included in the conference program and any other publications that are produced for distribution at the conference.
  • The limit is 2 presentations per paid registration fee.
  • If it is needed to present for co-authors, the additional presentation should be registered under a co-author.
  • Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment.

1.0 FEES

  • Payable in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
  • Acceptable credit cards: UnionPay (银联) / VISA / MasterCard
  • Prices are fixed and include all applicable taxes

1.2 Payment Terms & Conditions
FOR PAPER AUTHORS
One conference fee must be paid by 01 Apr 2019 15 Apr 2019 to secure a presentation slot

NON-PAPER AUTHORS should pay before 01 Apr 2019 15 Apr 2019 to enjoy early bird discounts

STUDENT REGISTRATION
Students are required to upload a scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process. The proof document must be in English and contains minimally the following information:

  1. Student name
  2. Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
  3. Expiration date (*Expiration / Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date)
  4. University name

2.0 REFUND POLICY

For cancellation/withdrawal notification received

Before 22 Apr 2019: 50% of the paid fee
After 22 Apr 2019: No refund will be given

Tours: There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal by registrants.
But if due to lack of numbers, the tour is cancelled, conference will refund the paid fee

3.0 PAYMENT METHOD

City University of Hong Kong is the fee collecting agent for MMR2019. Online payment by UnionPay (银联) / VISA / MasterCard in Hong Kong Dollars only.

4.0 ENQUIRIES & ASSISTANCE

Any payment related disputes/queries and chargebacks will be handle by City University of Hong Kong.
